Work has changed, but how we measure it hasn’t.
For too long, “productivity tools” have been about control, recording screens, logging keystrokes, or reducing people to activity stats.
Prodactivity started with a different belief: that visibility shouldn’t come at the cost of trust.
We exist to help organizations see clearly without spying, to show how teams really work so leaders can support them better, not breathe down their necks.
That’s the heart of modern productivity. Smarter work, trusted insights, never surveillance.
Prodactivity was born out of frustration.
Our founders were managers themselves , leading hybrid teams scattered across cities and time zones. They saw how hard it was to understand who was overloaded, who needed help, or when meetings were eating into focus time.
Every “solution” they tried felt wrong. Screen recorders, mouse trackers, attention timers , all of it created more fear than value.
So they built something different.
A non-intrusive analytics platform that integrates with Microsoft Teams, giving honest, secure and respectful visibility into how people actually work.
Because leadership should be about insight, not intrusion.
At Prodactivity, we’re obsessed with one question:
How can organizations make better decisions about time, focus and workload, without breaking trust?
That’s the purpose behind every feature we design.
We believe data should serve people, not the other way around.
Our technology turns something simple , Teams presence data , into meaningful patterns that help managers:
We believe in a future of work built on mutual respect.
Workforce analytics should enhance culture, not erode it.
Our philosophy is simple:
Trust is the foundation of every healthy workplace, that’s why we collect only what’s necessary and never cross the line between visibility and surveillance
When everyone understands how work happens, teams become aligned, communication improves and performance naturally follows.
People do their best work when expectations are clear, data is honest and leaders make informed decisions grounded in reality.
Work should fit into life, not the other way around. We help organizations recognize overload before it turns into burnout, so teams can stay productive and healthy.
We’re a team of engineers, data specialists and workplace consultants who share a common frustration , that technology was being used to monitor people, not empower them.
We built Prodactivity to flip that script.
Our backgrounds span SaaS analytics, HR tech and remote collaboration, but we all share one vision:
to make work more transparent, fair and human.
We don’t just build tools for companies, we build tools for the people inside them.
Insights for less than a cup of coffee a month.
Empowering, not controlling.
I appreciate that Prodactivity's data is used to help, not punish. It's changed how our leadership team approaches performance and balance. Trust has gone up across the board.
We finally have trustworthy productivity metrics.
Before Prodactivity, our performance data was subjective. Now, everything is based on real Teams activity. Managers make better calls and staff know the data is fair.
Incredibly easy to roll out.
I expected a complicated onboarding process, but connecting our Microsoft Teams accounts was effortless. Within hours, we had transparent insights across departments.
An essential tool for modern work.
Our hybrid team used to rely on guesswork. Now we know when people are overloaded or when meetings are cutting into focus time. It's become one of our most valuable analytics tools.
Productivity tracking that feels human.
Every other tool we tested felt invasive. Prodactivity's approach is respectful and data-driven. It lets us support our employees instead of policing them.
Absolutely not. Prodactivity is designed to provide productivity insights without invading privacy. We don’t use screenshots, keystroke logging, or personal identifiers. Our platform focuses on respectful, generalised data to help teams work smarter – not under pressure.
